Fees and Insurance
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your mental health services if you are not using insurance. This estimate is designed to help you understand the potential financial costs of treatment before services begin.
Because therapy is highly individualized, it is often difficult to predict the exact number of sessions you may need. Your Good Faith Estimate will include the cost of scheduled services and an estimate of ongoing treatment based on the information available at the time it is provided. Actual costs may vary depending on your unique needs, treatment goals, and the duration of therapy.
A written informed consent document outlining fees, policies, and payment expectations will be provided before services begin. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before or during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges through the process outlined by the No Surprises Act.
If you have questions about Good Faith Estimates or your rights under the No Surprises Act, please feel free to contact me or visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) webpage for more information.
I believe quality mental health and specialized Neurodivergence care should be accessible and transparent. Individual therapy sessions are offered at $155 per 50–60 minute session, couples therapy sessions are offered at $175 per 50–60 minute session, family therapy sessions are offered at $175 per 50-60 minute session, and group therapy sessions are offered at $100 per 50-60 minute session.
I provide customized educational workshops and seminars that are available virtually and can be tailored to your specific needs! These are typically $200 a session, but please feel free to contact me for availability and sliding-scale pricing options.
I currently am not accepting insurance at this time; however, I provide superbills upon request, which you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits.
I also have sliding scale options as well for those experiencing financial hardship. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this option!
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to paying the original cost of your session. This policy helps to ensure availability for all clients. Exceptions are considered, of course, for emergencies, severe illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
