A little about me

Hi! I'm Sydney Osborn, a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychology professor, and doctoral candidate in Educational Psychology and Research. I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), LGBTQIA+, and identity-exploring individuals, helping clients navigate life's challenges while building on their strengths and embracing their authentic selves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and affirming, integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each person's unique experiences, values, and goals.
